ABSTRACT
This study investigated the impact of human resources management on efficiency of workers in private secondary school in Ado Local Government Area of Ekiti State. The population of the study considered of all private secondary school in Ado Local Government which was estimated to about fifteen school (15) out of which ten school were used to represent the sample. The questionnaire was personally administered by hand to (50) respondents at the local government i.e. five private school at Ado local government. The respondents filled the questionnaire in their various staff rooms and returned them immediately by hands. The research instrument for this study is questionnaires. The impact of human resources management on efficiency of workers in private secondary school in Ado Local Government Area of Ekiti State. The study resave that a large percentage of teacher in private secondary school in Ado local government were employ on the basis of their qualification. Teacher’s salaries are paid on time, also that the school normally organized for them.
Motivation is the most effective means in promoting school organization, because it is force or an energizer of man’s action. Motivation is very important in management as based on understanding of human needs. The study showed that management stand in any organization must be seen to reflect greater dispensation of justices, equity and fairness on staff members.
Finally in order to get efficient workers in any organization the necessary recruitment of workers at their area of specialization main training workers by motivating them for them to see the organization as good place to work.
